helicopters or planes and most air ambulance aircraft are fully
equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment and medical staff. A
Learjet air ambulance aircraft is ideal for situations where the
patient needs comfort, distance and reliablity. International
transfers via Air Ambulance usuall require a minimum of 24 hours
advance notice and guarantee of payment. FAA rules prohibit a flight
crew ( including air ambulance ) from flying more than 12 hours a day,
so coordination and advance placement of multiple flight crews is
required for very long air ambulance transfers. |
